The markets are held on the second Sunday of every secind month, between 10am – 2pm on the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie on the Belmont South Foreshore.
Our online application form is further below on this page. Once your application is received, this will be reviewed and a decision made. If you are successful, we will email you a copy of our terms and conditions to accept and details to make payment of your stallholder fees.
The Healing Haven Markets focuses on products & services that promote positive health and well being of mind, body & soul and the promotion of Fair Trade & Sustainable goods. If you offer products or services that align with these values, we would love to hear from you!
Set up is from 8.15am and should be completed by no later than 9.30am. Vehicles must be moved to the nearest cross street once unloaded, and at the latest by 9.30am. Pack down is strictly from 2pm, when the market closes.
Your stallholder fees are due within 7 days of our confirmation of your stall, or 10 days prior to the event, whichever is earliest. Please only make payment once you have received confirmation.
Notification of non-attendance is required. No credits are given for cancellations that occur less than 14 days before a market day, or for cancellations received on market days.
HHM will operate in all weather, unless HHM deem it unsafe to do so. If the weather is poor a decision will be made by 6.30am on the morning of the market.
In the instance that the HHM management cancels a market date for any other reason (including unsafe weather), prepaid site fees will be credited to the stallholder for a future market booking, excluding the $30 non-refundable admin fee.
We are committed to creating an environmentally sustainable event. All stallholders are requested to use biodegradable packaging and bags.
Yes, all stallholders MUST be covered by Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000.
Vehicles must be moved to the nearest cross street once unloaded, and at the latest by 9.30am.
Please respect this as it allows a better experience for our customers. There are no parking costs and it is very close to wander back.
Any person selling food onsite will need to have all relevant Food Authorities and council permits as required under state and local laws. Please contact the NSW Food Authority and Lake Macquarie City Council for full requirements.
